Still a prime destination for those that put life ahead of work, anchored by a long and unbroken stretch of cafes, restaurants, lounges and (perhaps most importantly) gelateria.  Ossington to the west is a new hotspot for the hipsters, but long established families still anchor the neighbourhood.  The closest Toronto gets to European living.
